Conditions

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the pknew Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must possess a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) or Passport that can be submitted for KYC verification upon request.
• You must have a valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your own name to a Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel SIM, used for SMS OTP verification and payment transactions.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pknew or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the pknew Platform for any reason, including self-exclusion.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment — account usage on behalf of a third party, business entity, or syndicate is strictly prohibited.

pknew reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 calendar days of the request will result in Account suspension until compliance is achieved.

If pknew has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the Account if the breach is confirmed.

All financial transactions on the pknew Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pknew does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., your mobile network operator or bank) are solely your responsibility.

Deposits: Deposits may be made using the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and any method-specific limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by pknew's payment systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as your pknew Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — regardless of stated justification — are strictly prohibited. All first-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier as follows:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Silver Tier: Up to 20 minutes during BST business hours.
• Gold Tier: Up to 15 minutes at any hour.
• Platinum Tier: Same-day guaranteed, typically within 10 minutes.
• Diamond Tier: Under 10 minutes with dedicated payment processing priority.
• Black Diamond Tier: Instant 24/7 processing with no queue delay.

Withdrawal Limits: Daily withdrawal limits are applied per Account based on VIP tier. Diamond and Black Diamond tier members may withdraw up to ৳5,00,000 per calendar day. Lower tiers have proportionally reduced daily limits displayed within the Account withdrawal interface. pknew reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks — including additional KYC documentation requests — before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or arise from unusual wagering patterns.

Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pknew may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant Account balances, provided the balance is not reduced below zero. Prior notification will be sent to the registered mobile number before dormancy fees are applied.

All games available on the pknew Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, instant win titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's information panel or the relevant betting market. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that game or market.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Games: All slot and instant game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems supplied by the game provider. pknew does not and cannot alter the outcome of any RNG-based game round. Dispute of an RNG outcome after a round has concluded will not be entertained unless supported by documented evidence of a verifiable technical error.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means — actual playing cards dealt by a licensed dealer, actual roulette wheel spins — streamed in real time from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other licensed providers. A disconnection from a live dealer game during a round does not entitle you to a refund of your bet stake if the round has already commenced. Reconnection and round history tools are available within the game client.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question (e.g., ICC for international cricket, Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches). In-play bets accepted after the event has concluded due to a data feed delay will be voided and stakes returned. Suspected match manipulation, insider information, or co-ordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts will result in the voiding of all affected bets and investigation of the Accounts involved.

Bet Cancellation: Once a bet or game round is confirmed and accepted by the pknew system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. pknew reserves the right to void bets placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical failures, data feed errors, or human error, and to return the original stake to the Player's Account in such cases.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are displayed at the point of wagering. pknew reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it deems such action necessary to manage risk or protect the integrity of its markets.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting pknew support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, pknew will process any pending withdrawals of the verified real-money Balance before closing the Account. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited. Account closure requests submitted by Players who are currently subject to a self-exclusion period will be processed immediately without waiting for the self-exclusion period to expire.

Involuntary Suspension and Closure: pknew reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Receipt of a payment chargeback or dispute.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended dormancy as defined in Section 4.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pknew will complete the investigation within 30 calendar days unless the matter has been referred to an external authority, in which case the timeline is subject to that authority's processes. pknew will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Player at their registered contact details upon completion.

Consequences of Closure for Breach: Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, pknew reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance — including real-money funds — where the breach involved fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or exploitation of technical errors. In all other cases, pknew will endeavour to return verified real-money Balance to the Player's registered payment method following a completed investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pknew's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pknew shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, and whether or not pknew has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational damage.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, game descriptions, or promotional terms.
• Losses caused by interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service due to technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, power outages, or circumstances beyond pknew's reasonable control (including acts of God, civil unrest, government actions, or ISP outages).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the unauthorised access was facilitated by the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses caused by a Player's reliance on third-party tipping services, gambling strategy resources, or affiliate marketing materials.

pknew does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services without prior notice. pknew will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify Players of planned maintenance through in-Platform announcements where practicable.

Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude pknew's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Amendments: pknew reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pknew will notify registered Players via SMS to their registered Bangladesh mobile number and/or through a prominent in-Platform notification displayed upon next login. The revised Terms & Conditions will display the updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any available Balance before the effective date of the changes.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of any promotion a Player has opted into, constitute the entire agreement between pknew and the Player with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, negotiations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Waiver: pknew's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision on any subsequent occasion.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
